- High-Quality Plant Oils: Using high-quality plant oils, such as coconut oil, can naturally generate lather. Coconut oil is known for producing a rich and creamy foam that enhances the cleansing efficacy of our products.
- Essential Oils: Some essential oils contribute to improving foam and imparting a pleasant scent. Citrus oils and peppermint oil are examples of essential oils often used for their foaming properties.
- Herbal Extracts: Certain herbal extracts can help create natural foam. For instance, extracts from Aloe Vera or chamomile can not only provide nurturing properties but also contribute to foam formation.
- Use of Lye: In traditional soapmaking, a lye solution (a mixture of sodium hydroxide and water) is employed. The reaction between lye and oils during the saponification process not only produces soap but also natural foam.
- Stirring and Mixing: The process of thorough stirring and mixing during production is crucial for foam formation. Careful blending ensures even distribution of ingredients, leading to a lush foam.
