Terms and Conditions for Resellers:

• The product offering from Cabra Verde for resellers is subject to change and available while supplies last. Intermediate sale, price changes, and errors are reserved. There is no entitlement to delivery.
• All prices are applicable from the manufacturing facility in Fuerteventura.
• Damage due to weather conditions and improper storage is excluded from the warranty. Natural occurrences, such as soda ash, color changes when stored in light and heat, as well as a decrease in fragrance intensity with prolonged storage, do not affect the quality of natural soaps and are not grounds for complaint. Breakage, shortages, and other defects must be identified immediately upon receipt of the goods and reported promptly.
• In case of complaints regarding breakage, please contact us immediately by email, phone, or the contact form. We reserve the right to request the disputed goods for examination.
• If there are changes to your order in comparison to what is stated in the shop, we will inform you accordingly before delivery. You then have the option to cancel the purchase or modify the order.
• Extended retention of title applies – all goods remain your property until full payment is made.
